1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website https://sex-fashion.com, operated by LIU ZHUZHU COMPANY (LZC), a French limited liability company (SARL) with a share capital of €1,000, registered under number 901 806 398 (RCS Bordeaux),

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the customer.

2. Products

Sex Fashion offers a range of fetish-inspired fashion, lingerie, and accessories designed and curated by LZC.
Each product is described as accurately as possible (photos, materials, sizes).
Visuals may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or production batches.

Sex Fashion reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT, for customers located within the European Union.
For customers outside the EU, prices may be displayed and billed in U.S. dollars (USD) depending on the visitor’s location or currency settings.

Sex Fashion reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs are shown before checkout.

In case of an obvious pricing error (abnormally low or incorrect price), Sex Fashion reserves the right to cancel the order.

4. Orders

Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Once an order is placed and payment is validated, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer.
Sex Fashion reserves the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason (suspected fraud, stock shortage, payment failure, or misuse).

5. Payment

All payments are 100% secure, protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified)

  • PayPal

Sex Fashion does not store any banking data.
Orders suspected of fraud or abuse may be cancelled at the company’s discretion.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Sex Fashion ships worldwide in plain, discreet packaging.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the parcel is dispatched.

Sex Fashion cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to postal services, customs clearance, or force majeure.

7. Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code article L221-18,
EU customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt to return the product without penalty.

Legal exceptions (Article L221-28):

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-order products,

  • Opened or tried-on lingerie or hygiene-related items,
    unless the item is defective or non-compliant.

All return requests must be made in advance by contacting support@sex-fashion.com before shipping any product back.

8. Returns and Refunds

All returns must be approved in advance by our customer service.
No return will be accepted without prior written authorization from Sex Fashion.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
After inspection, Sex Fashion will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error by Sex Fashion.
Customized, intimate, or hygiene-related products cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

9. Legal Guarantees

Sex Fashion complies with all French consumer protection laws, including:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code);

  • Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Customers have up to 2 years to request an exchange or refund for defective goods.

10. Personal Data

Customer data is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679), customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting:

Sex Fashion shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions arising from the use of the website.
